The robot seems to be an older model or possibly used/refurbished. The rubber on the wheels was scuffed, small scuff marks on the top of the machine were noted & the tuping bouy has places that look like they are cracking. The box the robot was shipped in was very beat up, looked faced & smelt like water damage. Not happy with this purchase! I'm also not happy that it will cost me money to return this. The quality issue is not my fault, it should be returned, one of those things that makes you skeptical of buying online!

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING!!! The item looked great, straight out of the box. Was excited to use it, as my pool needed to be vacuumed anyway! Followed instruction, plugged it in after it was submerged. And NOTHING! It didn’t do a thing! Thinking it’s aqua control power pack, since there’s no power at all when I plugged it in. Didn’t light up, doesn’t turn on. Nothing. I’m so upset! For an expensive vacuum this thing should run amazingly!!!! I even tried pulled outlets just to make sure, and still nothing! Can’t say how well it would have worked, since it didn’t work AT ALL!!!!!

Did a decent job with my inground pool once it was the best but Wouldn’t Say itwas the worst either
