The microwave fits perfectly and looks good. I would definitely order it again if I needed another one. The customer service representative Delissa was thorough, pleasant and helpful.

Our old Bertazzoni broke so we needed a new one. Because we already had a trim kit, we needed the EXACT SAME microwave. This was a perfect match! So far so good. Works perfect.

Microwave is great but it was delivered without the trim Kit. Manufacture is standing by their products and sending a trim kit

We bought this microwave specifically because it says trim is included on the description and when it arrived it did not have trim. The black finish leaves so many fingerprints. Within three weeks of using the microwave, the once quiet running motor is now significantly louder as if it’s working way harder than it should be. For this price on such a small microwave, it should be much better than this. If I didn’t need this specific size microwave for my built in, I would get something else.
