Bought this as a gift. They family loves it!

There are no clear instructions or recipes for this item. They depict oatmeal but there is no clear instructions on how to use or make oatmeal. I don't like that you have to only blend things dry if I wanted to make my own rice cereal I would not be able to use this machine. I originally bought this machine to make baby rice cereal without all of the extra ingredients but you can only use wet ingredients in the blender. I also thought it was all in one meaning I thought that the blending part also steamed as well so you did not have to transfer anything and it would be less mess. I think this product comes off as very deceiving and their website is very little help with recipes and ease of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one year old twins and the food prep duo has done a great job with steaming veggies quickly so they can be pureed. It's seriously so much faster than my old school method of using a steamer on top of boiling water in a sauce pan. It's also convenient that the blender is right next to it, but the blender fell a bit short of my expectations. Ultimately, I got it to puree but it takes a LONG time, particularly because you're only supposed to blend for up to five seconds at a time. It took a really long time to get a whole sweet potato blended.

It is programmable for heating and sterilizing bottles, makes preparing any food for your baby easier. It has three speeds and it makes up to 9 cups of food the added value is it makes healthy delicious food and you know exactly what's going in your baby's body

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Babymoov Food Prep Duo Meal 5 in 1 Processor is such a great multipurpose and versatile piece. It is a must have for any kitchen, but especially for families with babies. It has made my purée making process so much easier. I like that I can steam a bunch of squash, save a portion for family dinner and then transfer the rest right over to the blender to purée to feed my little one. Because the steamer portion comes in two trays, I’ve also been able to steam broccoli to give as treats for my pups. Since the broccoli takes longer to steam than the squash, I like that I can start blending the squash while the broccoli is still being steamed. Being able to simultaneously do both at the same time is nice and provides for a lot of flexibility that is much needed in the kitchen. Another great multi-use function is that I can sterilize baby products if I need to. A minor drawback is how large this appliance is as it takes up quite a bit of counter space. However, I do like that the trays and blender allow for a larger capacity of food. Overall, the steamer was quite strong, the blender blades were sharp and it was easy to clean. So if the convenience of being able to easily do what you need all in one appliance is appealing to you, don’t hesitate to get this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of this small appliance. You can quickly and easily steam foods, but the blending process is unfortunately slow. The blender blades just aren’t big enough and the motor isn’t big enough. You also can’t steam and blend at the same time. It does work well to warm bottles and even cook grains like rice and quinoa!

The quality and technology is obvious during unpacking of the appliance. The unit is simple to assemble, with sturdy parts. Following the instructions for the first batch of food, it took us 3 minutes to be ready to press steam. The steps are simple and within 20 minutes I had a tray of individual, healthy and tasty foods that I feel so good about feeding our little girl. She is 7 months and we are still on the single food puree stage, and in found the end puree results to be healthy, smooth and perfect consistency. The unit was simple to breakdown for cleaning. I am now obsessed with baby food making, thanks Babymoov!

When I found this product, I knew I had to give it a try. I’m not the perfect cook,but I decided to try and make my own baby food for my twins. I found this very easy to use so that really helped the process of not buying store made baby food and making my own using the 5-IN-1 Baby Food Maker. It is very modern looking with a nice grey color that matches everything in my kitchen. I also like that it doesn’t take up to much room in my kitchen and it is easy to use and operate. I love the fact that I can make my own baby food so that I know what is in it and it’s healthier and safer for the twins. You can blend and steam at the same time and this will help you save time! I love that I can set the timer and leave the food to cook while I’m multi tasking with the twins. There is an alert that lets you know when the food is done! I’ve blended all kinds of foods so far. It has many parts, but it is easy to clean and maintain. With 3 blending speeds it’s easy to find the perfect texture for you! You can make up to 25 different meals and up to 9 cups of food using the 10 programmable settings. You can also use this as a bottle warmer and sterilizer!
