I notified you that the product is not 3" center to center and that the backplates were not delivered. We thought because there is a backplate we could redrill of the larger spread, but we don't know if the backplates we still don't have will be 3" or 3 1/2". So we are nowhere. We'd appreciate some confirming notice from you,
