A second European convection oven offers the ability to cook multiple large dishes at once using differing heating modes and temperatures, while a third dedicated glide-out broil oven allows for dedicated top-heat broiling. A continuous cast-iron cooktop features five powerful sealed-brass burners providing easy cleanup and preventing messy spills from reaching the oven or internal components. A storage drawer stores extra racks and trays.
