I like the way it looks; it is beautiful, but it has an odor that will probably go away eventually. We bought the entire bed set, and it said it can cause cancer, according to a California statement. I did not like this part, but I presume it has on most things these days.. John. Fri Jul 10 2026

With the ability to extend for large gatherings, this table is as functional as it is magnificent—a true centerpiece for opulent dining.

This table is very sturdy and heavy! It works great in our short term rental dining room. The finish had imperfections upon arrival and a new table top was sent to us, but it also had some imperfections in the veneer surface. It now has a "well loved" look and a bit of a patina so it actually works well for us. The first image shows the size with one additional insert, it comes with one other insert, so it can extend to quite a length. The other two images show the type of imperfections that are across most of the surface. The white bits and the cup ring are shown after a good cleaning with a damp cloth and they are not removable. We tried furniture polish, but the spots are permanent. That said, we really do enjoy the weight and look of the table and hope to use it for many years.. Albert. Ottawa, ON. Sun Aug 24 2025

There is a certain cinema to coming home to the Valencia Timeless sofa: low light, the leather cool for a moment before it warms to you, the day finally exhaling. Furniture like this doesn't just furnish a room, it changes how you feel in it. What makes this leather special? The leather here is 100% top grain on all sides, real hide from edge to edge, with none of the splits or bonded material found in lower-grade upholstery. Its semi-aniline finish is what gives it that soft-to-the-touch feel, protected by a light wax coating that only grows richer with age. Sourcing only the finest leather cuts keeps the surface looking and feeling consistently premium. How is this piece constructed? Construction starts with skilled artisans in Mexico, who build this sofa entirely by hand, and only after your order comes in, keeping the process genuinely made-to-order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. A solid, hand-crafted wood frame anchors everything, reinforced by expert joinery and a webbing support system built for the long haul. What makes the cushions comfortable and supportive? This sofa's comfort comes from a two-part system: foam-and-feather back cushions for plush softness, and pocket-coil, foam, and feather seat cushions for support that actually lasts. A sinuous coil system beneath the seat adds resilience, so the comfort you feel on day one is still there years later. How should I care for it, and how will it age? Keep this sofa looking its best with light, regular dusting and an occasional dry-cloth wipe down, nothing more intensive is usually needed. Over the years, the leather will develop a natural patina that deepens its character rather than diminishing it. This is furniture designed for the long haul, both in how it's built and in how the leather ages.

Step into a living room built around the Valencia Stately chair, where top grain leather in a rich, natural finish becomes the centerpiece of every gathering. It's the seat everyone reaches for first, and the one that still feels special a decade from now. What makes this leather special? Every inch of this chair is finished in 100% top grain leather, with no splits or bonded material anywhere on the piece. A semi-aniline finish gives it a soft, natural hand and a light wax layer that enhances the leather's character the longer you own it. We select only premium-grade leather cuts, so the texture stays even and refined across the whole piece. How is this piece constructed? This chair is made to order, meaning your leather isn't cut until you've placed the order, then it's handmade in Mexico by artisans who know the craft. The solid wood frame is hand-built for durability, and expert joinery combined with a webbing support system keeps the whole piece structurally sound for years. What makes the cushions comfortable and supportive? Softness up top, support underneath: the back cushions use a foam and feather blend, while the seat cushions combine pocket coils, foam, and feather for durable comfort. A sinuous coil system beneath the seat cushions adds resilience, keeping this chair from ever feeling worn-out or flat. How should I care for it, and how will it age? Maintenance is refreshingly low-key: a soft, dry cloth and occasional dusting keep this chair in great shape. The leather isn't meant to stay pristine and untouched, it's meant to develop a rich patina over time, becoming more distinctive the longer you own it. Combined with its construction, this is a piece meant to last for years, not seasons.

Step into a living room built around the Valencia Elegant loveseat, where top grain leather in a rich, natural finish becomes the centerpiece of every gathering. It's the seat everyone reaches for first, and the one that still feels special a decade from now. What makes this leather special? You're getting 100% top grain leather on every surface of this loveseat, no splits, no bonded leather, just the real thing throughout. The semi-aniline finish is intentionally light-touch, preserving the leather's natural softness while a subtle wax layer builds character over time. We use only the best available cuts, which shows in how even and supple the hide feels. How is this piece constructed? Every Valencia Elegant loveseat is built by hand in Mexico, piece by piece, with cutting on your specific leather only starting after you order. The frame is solid wood, hand-crafted rather than mass-produced, and expert joinery paired with a webbing support system gives it the structural integrity to hold up to real daily life. What makes the cushions comfortable and supportive? Softness up top, support underneath: the back cushions use a foam and feather blend, while the seat cushions combine pocket coils, foam, and feather for durable comfort. A sinuous coil system beneath the seat cushions adds resilience, keeping this loveseat from ever feeling worn-out or flat. How should I care for it, and how will it age? This loveseat asks very little in terms of upkeep, regular dusting and the occasional dry-cloth wipe will keep it looking great. What it will do on its own is age beautifully: the leather develops a natural patina over time that adds depth and character rather than wear. It's built, and finished, to be part of your home for the long run.
