This is very heavy and awkward to put together! The whole top is only held by 4 bolts, which are as tight as possible, onto the base and although I'm sure it's secure the tabletop has quite a bit of movement when being used. This is the downside of a single pedestal table of this size and I'm sure that's why I found it so hard to find any others!! It's attractive and smart but somewhat disappointed also the moulding joins are very visible round the base and we tried to turn away to the wall but the other moulding join was on the opposite side! Pros: Nice extending action, cogged track Cons: Tabletop moves as pivoting off central pedestal when leant on, so seems impractical and delicate.
