The patented nonstick coating provides brilliant cooking performance and enhanced food-release properties. The bonded layers allow the heat to be evenly distributed and retained around the pan, removing the possibility of hot spots. In saucepans, casseroles and stock pots, the layers also allow for a constant and even temperature in the walls, thus reducing energy loss and reducing cooking times. This cookware is induction compatible and can be used on all cooktops and easily be transferable to the oven, with lids, up to 500°F (260°C). Most pieces include a heat-tempered, sturdy glass lid.
