He’d screws are too soft a metal and easily strip all of the throw pillow for the loveseat and two chairs came with marks on them. The first time I ordered two replacement pillows, you sent me one new chair, which did not help: (a) I didn’t need another chair and (b) it’s singular pillow also had marks on it.
