Love the look but when we put it together, the side did not line up properly so the screw wouldn't go in all the way and there is a space between the base and the side that should not be there-- anticipating it will cause an issue down the road...

Use a soft damp cloth to clean any dirt. Wipe dry immediatly after cleaning. Treat your furniture twice a year with a natural wax or whenever the wood seems dry. Apply the wax with a clean cloth and follow the direction of the wood grain. Using another cloth, buff the excess wax and reveal the smooth finish.
