Great experience with shipping and delivery. Cushions are stark white FYI -- hard to keep clean outside (wish they were more of an oatmeal/off-white). Cushions are pretty hard, but on par with most outdoor furniture I've seen.

This couch is just beautiful. Sturdy, sophisticated 'Hamptons' vibe!! In love - if you're on the fence, just buy it!
