I ordered both lamps and they are beautiful and look exactly as I had hoped. The placement on my Buffet has now created a true focal point in my dining room. If I had one negative it would be that the material does not really look like bronze but rather look and texture of resin. That said I am very pleased with the quality and aesthetic of the lamps.. Update: Wayfair immediately shipped a replacement lamp and the replacement arrived in perfect condition. My wife and I really like this lamp and appreciate Wayfair replacing the damaged lamp so quickly. Original Review: The mica on the lamp shade was damaged in several places. The packaging was perfect and the shade was probably damaged before it was packed. Second, the paint which covers the dragonflies on the base looks very good when the base light is off, but looks thin and poorly applied when turned on. When Marjorie Skouras designed this table lamp, she was inspired by the Mexican quail that roam the meadows and woods of the Yucatan Peninsula that she calls home. The pair of quail and the rocky ledge on which they are perched are fashioned from cast aluminum in an antique brass finish. The black marble base is honed rather than polished and the natural linen shade with gold foil lining has glimmering gold trim on its top and bottom edges. A whimsical design detail is a finial that is shaped like a quail's head feather.

I have a Meyda product and it IS handcrafted and did not come with a "Made in China" sticker on it like this lamp (see photo). This is a cheap knock-off and not even worth returning.
