Gorgeous. Overlapping gilded ribs (shaped like nimbus beams of many 16th-17th euro religious portraits of saints) filter the light upward and outward without glare, giving a gold glow to my entry. Beautiful. Fits my 8’ ceiling perfectly (hard to find that!) because of the long chain that can be shortened or used for much taller or sloping ceilings. I’m really happy with it. We so love this table. We were concerned we might receive a piece with defects or damage and have to navigate a difficult return process for a large piece of furniture, however it was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Delivery team was very careful. Pictures do not do justice to the color of the wood. It’s warmer/brighter in person, and not yellow-toned.
