Excellent pan. Heavy and sturdy. Just use a little oil or butter and nothing sticks. Very easy clean up. What I don’t like is the slanted sides. While it is 9.5 inches wide at the top, the flat area in the bottom is about 6 inches wide. I had looked at a similar product elsewhere and the reviews were terrible. I bought these under duress, we were part of the kettle recall, and I wanted to spend the gift card before i lost it. We use cast iron and i avoid non stick. I have not bought a zwilling product that hasnt been impressive. Highly recommend these! Easy to use and easy to clean. They dont get too hot and food doesnt slide all over the place. They are nice to look at and arent hard on my wrists.
