Excellent fountain. The whole experience was top notch. The delivery was made without a hitch. Everything packaged on a pallet that was secure and safe. It is very heavy, so a lot of help is needed to move it into position. The fountain comes with everything you need - Pump, hoses, and even a canister of touch up if needed. We did not need the touch up. Very easy to assemble. The instructions are very easy to follow. You will need an out door outlet to plug it in. Just a regular plug is fine. Make sure you have a solid foundation for where the fountain will rest because this fountain is the real deal. It is not a decorative, cheap, plastic knock off. Although it took several months to receive this item, it arrived undamaged because it was packed very well. There were a few blemishes in the finish that did not seem to occur during shipping but left the manufacturer that way. Overall quality is quite good. When assembled, some parts were a bit wobbly, requiring shims to balance things. Assembly instructions for this item were nonexistent. Only general care guidelines were given.
