As a G.C., I ordered Shaws Shaker Single Bowl Apron Front 33” kitchen sink in White for a client. Ordering online through Wayfair was straightforward and without issue. I price shopped before ordering as my professional preference is to work with local businesses to source products. However, for this product, local kitchen & bath showrooms that were Rohl vendors did not carry the Shaws line requiring the extra step of submitting a PO directly to House of Rohl, significantly adding to lead time. Local showrooms offered competitive pricing to Wayfair, but I had to pay for additional shipping costs associated with the PO and therefore, Wayfair offered this product (in stock) and at the most competitive price. The bottom of the sink is engineered for perfect water drainage. It features a 1″ slope from one end of the sink to the drain. The sink is reversible so it can be installed with the drain on left side or right side. All the cache of an apron sink without all the additional labor. The cabinet must be of the design that includes cabinet doors and cabinet fascia panel or panels and that the apron front can rest over. Nantucket Sinks only requirement is to make sure that the distance from the top of the cabinet to the top of the cabinet doors are greater than 5.5 inches to accommodate the apron. High design looks with the ease of off the shelf installation.
