The toilet arrived on time, in perfect condition. I was very happy with the looks of it. When my plumber installed, inside the tank was a manufacturing problem and it was continuously running. The toilet is not exactly what i thought i was getting, it’s not as a white, and i thought the handle to flush was suppose to be white too, not silver, and don’t seem to come with all the parts to connect it to the wall, will have to buy additional parts, also i thought it was higher than it really is, and not sure if it’s elongated, looks round instead. now however, i had the toilet since November of 24, n my house where it was delivered , still in the boxes, i only opened it to see what it looks like, but then came the Eaton Canyon Fire on January 7th, 2025 that destroyed my home totally and burned the New brand toilet along with the “ Over the Toilet Storage” i bought both at the same time, i called Wayfair, and they would not replace it, i went ahead and paid it off because i did not want to ruin my credit. I love the toilet I ordered. Unfortunately, it was distributed through Wayfair. In my experience, Wayfair has nice products, but very poor packaging of their products. The box was badly damaged and I received a phone call from FedEx apprising me that the box was badly damaged, asking me if I still wanted the delivery. FedEx had reinforced the box and I told them to send it. Thankfully, the actual product was still intact. In the past, anything I have ever ordered from Wayfair has been delivered with damaged packaging. Because of this, I never order from Wayfair.
