Not everything flushes consistently. I've contacted the company and they have declined to replace it. Since I'm outside the 30-day window, Wayfair is not helping either. I do not recommend this item, and definitely won't order something like this through Wayfair again.

Love this Entrada dual flush toilet. This model still has the flapper valve which makes it easy maintenance. Powerful flush. Like the universal height of a little over 16". I recommend it for any small bathroom.
