Rosendahl
This lid is specially designed to fit the round ovenproof bowl in Rosendahl’s popular Grand Cru range. The lid is made of plastic that is 100% free of bisphenol A (BPA) and phthalates. It can be used in the fridge and the freezer, and it can be washed in a dishwasher at a max of 131°F as required. Using a lid can prolong the shelf life of leftovers and, at the same time, avoid tainting from other foods in the fridge or freezer. This plastic lid fits perfectly on the large ovenproof dish from Rosendahl’s popular Grand Cru range. Putting the lid on the bowl before it goes in the fridge will extend the shelf life of food and prevent other foods in the fridge from tainting leftovers.
Fissler
The lid is made from high-grade tempered glass, has a stainless steel rim, and is dishwasher safe. It fits any Fissler nonstick or stainless steel frying or serving pan of the same dimension. The comfortable, ergonomic handle is heat-resistant and easy to grip. The snug fit seals in flavors and makes it ideal to cook with little water. The lid shape allows condensation to drip back in for tender, juicy dishes.
The designer Stefano Giovannoni took also in the covers of Mami pots the soft and cozy lines of traditional cooking tools. All the series are made of high-quality materials such as stainless steel 18/10 and silicone resin covering the black version.
