This easy-to-use countertop appliance creates rich, frothy hot cocoa using chocolate chips, syrup or powder – made with dairy or non-dairy milk. Capresso’s special hot chocolate function allows the user to add chocolate chips directly into the pitcher. It can also prepare café quality frothed milk for rich cappuccinos, lattes and more. We are loving this milk frother for making a quick cappuccino! I appreciate the simplicity of one button/three functions, the speed of the machine and its quiet operation. It generates a lot of foam even with the minimum level of milk for frothing. Wonderful service experience with Perigold, love that you can still speak to a human in a brand with an e-comm presence. Was excited for this frother although it's been inconsistent. Sometimes the milk is hot, on less occasion, the milk is just warm. All within the same setting. Also not able to fill to the suggested limit and get hot milk at all, at the marked limit it's more cool than warm. Love that this frother is stainless steel (avoid non-stick options as they are the same health hazard as teflon/PFOA). Not worth the $50 to $100 markup of other options.. Audrey.
