It includes fine, medium, and coarse grinding discs; a food pusher, and a sausage disc and stuffing funnel for making fresh sausage. Just combine your favorite seasonings with raw or cooked pork, chicken, beef, venison, or other meats to craft delicious homemade sausage made the way you like it. The included storage case holds all the parts when they're not in use, and an inverted tray serves as the lid.
