Rug & Kilim
Hand knotted in a quality wool, this addition to the European rug collection by Rug & Kilim draws influence from the 18th Century Tudor rug style, an exemplary piece reimagined in high-and-low pile recapturing a kingly floral pattern in complementary beige, green, and black hues. The play of whimsical blues, pinks, and bright yellow hues in the floral patterns complements the sense of movement in the graceful curvature of the vine patterns, framed elegantly by the converse geometric borders keeping with the skillful, complementary nature of this Tudor rug unique to our honorific process. Originating from one of the best Chinese workshops in the world of luxury Tudor rugs today.

Landry & Arcari Rugs and Carpeting
Asia Minor Carpets
Patchwork overdyed rugs are produced from older Turkish carpets at least 25-50 years of age. These have been cut into smaller pieces and sewn together into new designs and sizes. Once the rug is complete it undergoes a unique process of color neutralization before being over-dyed in an exciting new color. The result is a mix of traditional Turkish carpet designs fused with a contemporary retro style. Colored vintage carpets may lose some of their initial color characteristics and become even more unique in their look over time.
