The transitional piece features four squares in its center nodding to medallion-style patterns, each with three designs celebrated by the pile pieces of the Konya region in this period. Top and middle squares rely on a red and gold background, while the second and fourth set on beige and gold. Three borders contain the center design, with all featuring florals.
