Vista Alegre
Transatlantic Coffee Mug, Set of 4. Bruno Jahara, a Brazilian designer of our time with international projection, created the Transatlantic dinner set for Vista Alegre, in the year of commemoration of the year of Portugal in Brazil and of Brazil in Portugal.
Fernando Pessoa was born in a permanent search of himself. On his body, he wore his characters in different contexts that expressed disparate ways of living and looking at the world, that endure and live today in their soul. Three major heteronyms are shown here: Alberto Caeiro - 'to be', the Master. Lives peacefully in nature, knowing that he will die to return to her. Ricardo Reis - 'to live', the Doctor. Lives in the rationality and understanding of the little time he has until he dies. Álvaro de Campos - 'to feel', the Futurist. Lives in a frantic and revolutionary manner, anxiously towards catharsis.

Blomus
This mug taking inspiration from the natural materials of sand, clay, and water. The shapes are soft and inviting with pleasantly rounded edges and a slightly rough surface in some areas and glazed in others. Stoneware is defined as a group of ceramic products and is used to produce plates, dishes, cachepots, and bowls, molded at very high temperatures using special casting techniques. The high temperature during the firing process ensures stoneware is more stable than clay and less translucent than porcelain. The colors, shapes, appearance of the glaze as well as the overall look depending on the firing temperature and time and may vary slightly from piece to piece each piece is unique and may show individual structures and shades.
Rosenthal
Everything becomes gold: Midas. The playful, baroque Rosenthal shape Sanssouci forms the stage for the Midas decor, which is monochromatic in gold. Patterns with distinctive twigs and leaves are laid on top of each other in layers, shimmering between matt and glossy surfaces and creating an extremely sensual interplay when they meet the porcelain relief. The three-dimensional camouflage décor is named after the mythological king Midas, whom Dionysus had fulfilled a wish: everything he touched turned to gold.

Coffee Cup with Saucer XIV Bode Inspiratório. In March 2020, faced with confinement that was unheard of, we had to look at the world in a different way. In this profound slowdown, we also had to face ourselves. Creativity was then, as it still is, the best way to process and express this strange change. And so the project “Escape Goat” was born. Accepting the challenge launched by the journalist Ana Margarida de Carvalho, 46 authors wrote 46 chapters of a digital book, published online, and 46 visual artists illustrated them, all over the course of… 46 days. Such images have now been reproduced in an original collection of Vista Alegre porcelain coffee cups. With imagination, humor, and sensitivity, the written and drawn stories of “Escape Goat” look into us and into everyone's world, suddenly turned upside down. With this goat, we hope to kick sadness to the curb, and awake joy, inside and outside our windows.
