The core motif of this exclusive collection inspired by the Orient is the skin of the dragon, the most mythical creature of all, a symbol of strength, protection, and good fortune. The exotic design is based on a geometrical texture of scales on the outside and an intense red color inside the interior, perfect for serving Asian or western dishes.

With an oriental feel, this original design by Kit Kemp is based on a collection of embroidered fabrics produced by Chelsea Textiles. Kit Kemp is best known as the co-owner and design director for Firmdale Hotels, famous for her eclectic and colorful designs. The kit is often influenced by a sense of the whimsical and the lyrical, as well as her love of animals. This collection features creatures great and small, borne solely from her imagination. The illustrative style of the range is applied to the silky white fine bone china and decorated with intricate gold decorations around the rim of each of the durable pieces.
