The citrus basket made from metal wire has been in production since 1952 and has become a classic of contemporary industrial design, a genuine archetype of bar service "essential" objects in terms of its proportions, lightness, and function.
Introduced by this collection, the serving bowl is made from two separate curves of stainless steel; one that forms the inside and one that forms the outside of the bowl. Therefore, it is a beautiful and functional piece of thermally insulated hollow-ware, made from 18/10 stainless steel finished with a mirror-polished effect.
The Pierre Charpin basket by Alessi is a beautifully designed serving bowl that doubles as a statement piece for your dining space. With its sleek, modern design, it adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to any occasion. Perfect for serving a variety of dishes or as a standalone decorative accent, this basket reflects a commitment to quality and style.
Newness, freshness, and poetry dominate the aesthetic/constructive approach developed by the Campana brothers, Fernando and Humberto, for their “Blow Up” series, in which the form of the objects is created by the play of shapes and spaces generated by the steel rods put together almost at random. The theme is as recognizable here as it is in many of the designs by the talented Brazilian pair.

The small yet intriguing "Pianissimo" basket joins "Resonance" and "Harmonic", becoming Abi Alice's third collaboration with Alessi. In line with Alice's artistic style, "Pianissimo" starts with a geometric design and becomes a three-dimensional object featuring a geometrically rich and complex shape. An intriguing object made for the simple gesture of offering, Pianissimo enriches its contents thanks to detail and shape definition. Made with stainless steel, the "Pianissimo" basket is a durable and stylish kitchen icon.
For this special project in collaboration with Diwergo, a Benefit Company that promotes inclusiveness in all its forms, the 'Girotondo' basket is customized by the laser engraving of an aphorism. Antonio Giuseppe Malafarina, sole director of Diwergo, attributes a strong value to aphorisms, as a form of communication able to overturn cliches. Diwergo has chosen the products of the ‘Girotondo’ (ring a ring of roses) family, designed by Stefano Giovannoni and Guido Venturini, to promote messages of inclusiveness and affordability. The purchase of customized products bearing the theme of inclusion will help spread a culture, a practice, enabling those who purchase these to show that they care about the issue and are willing to share their commitment with others.
The collection features a lovely design, characterized by a sculptural approach: elegant, new, and pleasing plates, containers, and cups made from different materials and in different colors. This complete set opens the evolution of being on the table at the same time with its gaming component, and its attitude to change in the composition of the items on the table. They can easily be placed side by side like a welcoming pile of petals.
“Darkness” basket is an object that, in name and form, recalls a cozy nest with rounded walls for holding and safeguarding precious contents. The highly expressive design of this object enhances any room where it is displayed.
