Lovely piece. I ordered it as a memorial for a recent loss in our extended family. There was nowhere on the online order form to add a gift message so I called customer service and they took my gift message info to include with the gift. It was not included with the order, though, and the recipients had no idea who had sent it. This is an oversight that needs to be addressed on your website.
