Inspired by our hand-block printed fabric, Kelmscott Wallcovering's charming scenic design of English country life is freshly interpreted as a digitally printed grasscloth and rescaled for the story to read vertically for a wall-friendly layout. Its whimsical and scenic all-over pattern makes it a great option for libraries and bedrooms. This early twentieth-century design was discovered in an English archive including the original wood blocks cut in July 1924.

Palampores, or "Tree of Life" patterns, have their origins in India, where the exotic designs were hand painted and mordant dyed, and exported to Europe and England for use as elaborate bed hangings and curtains. Pondicherry, now offered as a wallcovering, the colorways remain true to their 90's origins, highlighting the iconic filigree pattern amidst the exotic tree of life motif. The colorways were developed in 2015, with the filigree omitted from the fabric design. These wallcoverings and colorways remain true to the fabric's original design. Intricately detailed flowers and lush foliage accompanied by whimsical birds and playful squirrels add to its timeless appeal. The vertically branching print is perfect for a cozy breakfast nook, kitchen, or powder room.
Camellia Trellis is an enchanting wallcovering, deeply rooted in the inspiration drawn from China's historic silk trade with the Western world. It meticulously recreates the exquisite allure of an early 18th-century painted silk panel adorned with delicate depictions of camellia and lotus flowers, and butterflies along a trellised border. This non-woven wallcovering mirrors the graceful symmetrical composition of these botanical wonders, akin to the ornate patterns found on the harmonizing Camellia Trellis fabric. This harmonious union invites you to immerse yourself in the opulent beauty and historical resonance of this design. Anyone who has been to Portugal knows them: Azulejos - the blue, and sometimes colorful, ceramic tiles that decorate houses, squares, castles, or churches. Entire walls and facades are magnificently decorated with them. You can now bring the beautiful look of Portuguese tiles into your home with wallpaper from Hohenberger. Typical patterns and the dominant blue are reminiscent of Azulejos and the sunny holiday country. In the Hohenberger Azulejo collection, other soft colors are combined with blue to create a very harmonious overall pattern. Unlike the glazed Portuguese tiles, the wallpapers impress with a fine chalk matt finish, which makes the collection very noble and results in a very special feel.
