Michael Aram
The Michael Aram's Pomegranate collection takes its inspiration from one of the most universal and ancient symbols in the world. The fruit has been prized across the globe, across cultures, and across time as a representation of life, rebirth, and renewal as well as fertility and union. "I grew up around pomegranates - from their use as natural dyes on the antique rugs I used to crawl on as a baby to an integral ingredient in the food that I love. When I'm at my home in New Delhi, I wake each morning to the taste of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. The color, the smell, the delicate flavor all make it feel like a magical elixir to me."

Loved the votive for its quality, sparkle and very artistic design. Great value, I highly recommend it.. AB. New York, NY. 2024-04-21 18:44:46
The Dahlia collection captures a sense of romance, intricacy, and opulence. In the Victorian era, Dahlias were given as a symbol of love and devotion. In certain pieces, Michael has chosen to contrast the radiant golden blooms against black granite and enameled stainless steel, evoking a mysterious sensuality. When found in nature, the petals’ perfect symmetry and spiraling pattern embody the Golden Ratio.
AERIN
Inspired by a vintage jewelry box, this gemstone-embellished lidded sleeve features labradorite, prehnite, lapis, aquamarine, and carnelian, carved into unique shapes. This piece offers dual functionality as a way to elevate a candle or add character as a desk objet.
Ngala Trading Co.
A naturally elegant addition to your collection, this decorative vase is handcrafted in Kenya with a sustainably sourced African Ankole-Watusi horn with a gleaming golden rim. The votive is not watertight but will hold a concealed plastic cup. Use caution when exposing the votive to a direct flame, as the natural cow horn will bubble if it becomes too hot. Due to the use of natural materials, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the image shown.

The Tree of Life collection takes its inspiration from the imagery that floats around classic storytelling. Whether the objects are seen individually or grouped together, they evoke a sense of charm and fantasy. Drawing profoundly from Michael's background as a sculptor, each piece emerges from hand-sculpted clay and offers a child-like quality with an inherent depth of meaning. "There is such power in narrative images for me. There is a feeling that we're creating an entire imaginary world, building designs around interactive themes that are familiar to all of us. The shapes are obvious and immediate and, at the same time, impressionistic and lyrical - the way a small child might imagine the scenes in a story he's being told. The image of the Tree of Life is one of my favorites. It is an idea which is so widely expressed in all cultures and by all religions that it becomes a universal symbol of hope."
