Meyda Lighting
As distinctive as a beautiful Peacock's feathers, no two shades will ever be the same as their individuality can be as remarkably unique as their personality. This artistic creation utilizes swirling opalescent art glass background combinations including Beige Amber, Yellow Pinks, Red Purples, Golden Blues and Greens, Ivories, Bluish Whites, Turquoise Blues, Periwinkle, Olive and Spring Greens, Pale Yellow, Amethyst, Emerald, and Topaz. The eye of the plumage design reveals Purples, Pastel Blues, Teals, Cobalt, and Ivories. Individual pieces of glass are hand-cut and wrapped using Meyda Tiffany's famous copper foil construction. Each shade is a unique work of art with color variations based on natural ingredients inherent in the glass.
The design is beautiful when lit, but the sconces do not fit flush against the wall, so you see slivers of light on the sides. Also the top is open and inside of sconce is very unattractive, so make sure you to install where nobody will see the top of it.. Diane. . 2025-04-21 08:54:30
Vistosi
Collection with a minimalist and discreet design that enhances the light source, thanks to the translucent glass band trapped between the layers of crystal.
Noir
For this company, the details matter. From the first sketches to the final result, each step is done by hand with playful experimentation.
One ring, infinite combinations. The concept of the Ecos collection is just in one element: the glass ring. Extremely customizable in terms of shapes and sizes, for a truly original lighting. Rigadin white or crystal colour glass. Metal parts finishing in satin bronze and chrome.
White and black. Peggy was created starting from this chromatic and material polarity. This lighting design combines the lightness of glossy white blown glass, entirely handmade, with the liveliest character of the glossy metal black or antique brass. This effective combination conveys rationality and elegance at the same time.
The Puppet collection by Vistosi expresses passion and artisan know-how. The undisputed focus is blown glass that is irregularly striped, an ancient manufacturing technique that has been known since Roman times and used for the manufacturing of Murano glass. Here, new magical forms come to life from the breath of master glassmakers. For Puppet, Romani Saccani Architetti Associati, former designer of the Diadema collection, has chosen the sphere, a symbol of perfection and union, a movement that has no beginning or end that remains immutable over time – much like the Puppet collection, which has become an icon of the Vistosi catalogue since its conception. The expressive research of Romani Saccani Architetti Associati is aimed at defining a strong, identifying sign that is conceptually simple, and therefore easily understandable. The result is a collection with a pure, immediate design, devoid of unnecessary frills. The latter allows diffusers to be fixed to the ceiling with steel cables as desired, creating ever-changing plays on light with the electric fabric cables that recall the wires that moved ancient puppets. The diffusers are available in four glass finishes with the possibility of mixing them together. The Puppet Ring collection, created in 2019, plays with spheres of different sizes, differing from the “classic” version for the use of a frame made up of rings of different sizes, single or juxtaposed, which form the base on which the precious glass spheres rest and blend with the structure with the shape blown into the glass itself. Three new configurations were added to the three suspensions already present: given their size, they are particularly suitable for large-scale environments. In the applique, a ring supports a larger sphere facing the ceiling and a smaller one facing the floor.
Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting
Interweaving signature Fine Art studio glass with the noble element of our handmade metal fabrication, this sconce combines classical lines with a contemporary glass design. Each plume is handblown and sculpted with a translucent mixture of clear crystal and white glass.
Soft curves and a smooth surface meet blown glass in an extremely simple model, suitable for any furnishing context.
Light in motion. That is the sensation pervading the environment when a Diadema is switched on. Combining rods of different sizes, the light is reflected and conveys the desired dynamism. Several variants and possibilities for customization are available. Crystal glass shade. Metal parts finishing in satin bronze and chrome.
