Proving his prowess with woven and wrapped natural materials, Clarence Mallari designed the Hopscotch pendant. The frame and the arms from which it hangs are seamlessly wrapped in abaca rope. Fitted to the bottom of the disc-like form is a frosted glass diffuser that bows downward in the middle to add elegance to this piece. The rope pendant is fitted with integrated LED technology.
Proving that straightforward profiles can pack a punch, their pendant has a sophistication to its design that eclipses its simple megaphone shape. Made of wrought iron, the exterior of the shade has been treated to an antique black finish. The interior is finished in a contemporary gold leaf, and the rings edging the exterior of the shade at the top and bottom gleam in a painted gold finish.
