The design of the Deane jar is an inspiration by a cord-quilted bed cover made in England or Ireland around 1730 to 1750. The original pattern from the WILLIAMSBURG collection is an oval-shaped lattice design that alternates the garland branches at six-inch intervals. Our jar features the lattice in a matte crackled glazed porcelain urn shape. Lift off the top for interior storage. Scaled for mantles or bookcases, the pattern on the jar is modern, yet classic. Accents of solid brass ring finial.
Exuding an air of mystique and grandeur, the never hurt a Snake vase is a stunning work of art. Embellishing this cylindrical vase is a magnificent gold snake, elegantly crawling upwards. It's a symbolic statement piece that will instantly elevate any interior decor.

The Maison Daum presents the Ginkgo collection. This color was inspired by the autumn leaves of Ginkgo, as they turn into beautiful golden yellow leaves that persist for several weeks. When the leaves fall, they form a golden carpet around the tree. The fan-shaped leaves, supple and supported by a long stalk, are bright green in spring and summer, before taking a sumptuous golden yellow color in the autumn, earning its nickname, the tree with a thousand écus (French medieval gold coins).

The blue and white Optical tea jar set includes two lidded canisters with luminous brass rings running the circumference of the bottom, the top, and along each edge where the lid meets the jar. The electric blue pattern that dynamically crisscrosses the surface of each jar is painted by hand. Proving that these pieces are artisanal in their creation, the brushstrokes are evident in the blue pattern. Though these blue decorative jars were inspired by centuries-old designs made for the storage of tea leaves, they have a surprisingly contemporary feel.
Mimicking the shapes of the terracotta jars that have historically been used for preserving olives in oil, the Virginal Jar is made of terracotta with an antique-white, hand-applied glazing that is so thick and rich that it has a crackled surface. The fact that this piece is hand-thrown means the shapes will vary slightly, as will the finish, which will make each of these vessels unique. Anyone who spies them in an interior will be convinced they are timeless antiquities.
