With a surface that is studded with beautifully fashioned white flowers, the Jessamine white vase is truly an artisanal piece. Rather than apply one type of bloom, a number of floral shapes are intermingled to give the white decorative accessory a charm that is heightened by the top edge that undulates. The handmade character of the piece comes from the fact that each flower is created individually and applied, one by one, by hand. We also offer the Jessamine as a lamp.

Our Milione Vase is made by a group of elderly women who live at the border of Burma and Thailand. The black terracotta vase has white glazing and tiny green leaves, each applied by hand to the side of the vase. This white vase is truly an artisanal piece, as each leaf is hand-glazed with a very subtle green glazing.

The Japonesque table vase is poetry in motion, and not just because its asymmetrical form creates a sense of movement but because the swirling brushstrokes along its porcelain surface do as well. The black vessel is created by a studio artist and, because it is handmade, each one will vary slightly to make each piece unique some will be darker and, because the brush patterns are hand-painted, they will be random from piece to piece.
The Celadon double gourd green vase is created from the most aristocratic and precious porcelain that has been made for centuries - the green Celadon makes this a striking decorative accessory. The skills to create and the secrets that make the lustrous green vases so special have been perfected by artisan families for generations. Though the term Celadon inspires many people to envision crackled surfaces, this vase has a smooth and lustrous profile.
Bring the garden indoors (or enhance outdoor spaces) with the Capizzi urn and its strong Mediterranean vibe. Inspired by classic shapes that have been staples in Italian gardens for centuries, the garden urn has to pit in its ceramic surface to create the feel that it, too, has been tucked away in the landscape for ions. This is a large antique white garden vessel with no drain hole.
Our Swirl Vase is made by a group of elderly women who live at the border of Burma and Thailand. They reproduce this shape to mimic the intricate cactus plant using black terracotta. The result is very interesting, as it certainly has the feel of a cactus vase but it is just as easily an Art Deco design.
Gorgeous. I knew it would be because I had already purchased the Jessamine vase by the same company. This time I knew it would be amazing. It is. It's the perfect compliment to the Jessamine vase and Braeburn vase I previously purchased.. Lori. Roslyn Heights, NY. 2024-01-25 19:25:17
Modern interpretations of the tradition of Chinoiserie that dates back to the great dynasties in Asia, the Ming-Style Countryside Preserve Pot is made of porcelain. The design tells its "story" in pale blue motifs on an off-white ground. Because these are artisanal pieces handmade by families with generations of expertise, the color and pattern may vary slightly.
Brutalist in style, the Carmelo vase set includes two cast aluminum vessels in a scorched bronze finish that brings the surfaces a warm gleam. The organically shaped profiles look like they were born during the famous time in design history when brutalism was at its height. Made in two parts and joined with a welding process, these vases are designed for use only with artificial flowers.
The design of our De Luca Coral Stripe Vase was conceived by Frederic de Luca, a famous gallerist who opened the ultra-iconic store En attendant Barbares in Paris during the 1980s. The lauded painter agreed to create a series of porcelain vases for Currey & Company that were inspired by his graphic work. This bold white and orange vase is one of six designs.
Who knew an old-world edible could inspire such a chic accessory? The artisans who created the Peanut vase, of course! This complex beige vase has multi-layered ornamentations that make it so painstaking to create. First, there is the fluted shape of the vase's body; then there is the bumpy patterning applied in shapes to mimic the streaks in a Peanut shell. The ivory glaze on the ceramic is applied so that the natural color of the material shows in places for even more texture.
