Port 68
The Balinese peacock is a nineteenth-century archival French roller print. Decidedly a South Seas look, the Scalamandre pattern is rendered in exotic motifs of fruit, foliage, and peacocks with delicate batik-like details. Part of the Scalamandre' Maison by PORT 68 collection, the jars are made of porcelain with solid brass metal lift-off lids. Available in hues of pink, green, and turquoise/blueprints on cream white crackled porcelain.
"Road to Canton" is a gloriously fun interpretive pattern celebrating a journey through the countryside. Dogs, Asian pagodas, Ginko trees, and a boat ride down the river all join together in a whimsical pattern painted by John Loecke of Madcap Cottage. We offer two versions of the light-colored pattern in porcelain, and on our Delfern Bench in coral and celadon fabrics. Canton is a narrow rectangle porcelain jar with a lift-off lid. The jar holds water. Perfect in pairs on the mantle or featured in a bookcase. Accented with a solid brass ring finial.
Client has a large collection of blue chinoiserie jars in another room. This was a great way to address that collection while trying to pull greens into an adjacent space. Piece is heavy and well finished.. Thom. Double Oak, TX. 2025-01-25 16:46:46

Our collection of swirl vases is made by a group of elderly women who live at the border of Burma and Thailand. The black terracotta has a beautiful moss glazing covering it, the result of making the green vase feel as if it has been reclaimed from a sunken boat after having spent years in the deep sea. We have a number of shapes in the sunken boat family.

Legend of Asia
Crackle Celadon Globular Vase.
Celadon Tile is our modern square-shaped tea caddy celebrating a mix of celadon and emerald green colors all inspired by the cut velvet fabric from Old World Weavers which is part of the Scalamandre family. The lift-off top lid makes this jar into a statement vase when married with branches or botanicals. The faux velvet texture in the tile pattern is embraced as part of the design.
I was extremely satisfied with the cost and how quickly the product was delivered after l ordered it. My husband saw it in a local furniture store and it was about $60.00 more money than l paid through Perigold.. Deborah. berkeley Heights, NJ. 2023-07-20 23:17:50
The Celadon green temple jar is created from the most aristocratic and precious porcelain that has been made for centuries -- the green Celadon making this a striking decorative accessory. The skills to create and the secrets that make the lustrous green vessels so special have been perfected by artisan families for generations. Though the term Celadon inspires many people to envision crackled surfaces, this vessel has a smooth and lustrous profile.
Celadon Crackle Lidded Porcelain Ming Jar.
Charming jar that complements 2 others that I purchased from Wayfair. Colors blended together perfectly. It is more of a pale blue than green celadon color and exactly the color I needed.. John. Houston, TX. 2023-08-26 09:36:11

Possessed by the spirit of Thai forests, this vase lends a mystical accent to a tasteful ambiance. Lush petals adorn the body, the intricate composition contrasting with the smooth perfection of the flared neck. Wistful green tones complete the piece's elegant allure. Kanda works in the traditional celadon method, resulting in rich pockets of color and a lightly crackled antique appearance.
A bright splash to any room; the porcelain Temple jar is in an apple green crackle glaze. Coordinates with apple green garden seat and apple green gourd vase.
A florid fantasy blossoms within the glazed textures of this beautiful vase. It is designed and crafted by Thailand's Duangkamol, who masters the ancient techniques of celadon ceramic. This specialized art form features subtle cracks in the surface.
