This is an absolutely gorgeous vase! The quality of Georg Jensen’s work is the highest of standards. This beautiful piece of art was even better than expected. It was such a heavy piece and the color was as pictured and described. Upon receipt however I did notice a very tiny hairline crack in small area on the vase. Our Milione large blue vase is made by a group of elderly women who live at the border of Burma and Thailand. The black ceramic vase has white glazing and tiny blue leaves, each applied by hand to the side of the vase. This white vase is truly an artisanal piece, as each leaf is hand-glazed with very subtle blue glazing. We also offer the Milionis in blue in small and medium sizes, and in green in all three sizes.
I LOVE THIS VASE!! It looks so beautiful in my powder room next to a Native Trails Shell Sink! The details of the vase are stunning, with blues, white, and very pale tan shades of color..it almost looks like the raised pattern are barnacles on the vase!
