I recently purchased this end table for a client, attracted by its elegant design and unique faux shagreen finish. While the table's aesthetic appeal is undeniable, my experience has been mixed, particularly when it comes to concerns about its longevity. However, my enthusiasm waned when it came to evaluating the table's durability. The faux shagreen material, while visually appealing, raises questions about its long-term resilience. I decided to have a custom piece of glass to be cut for the top to match the shape of the top, increasing the cost a couple of hundred dollars.
