Something is mesmerizing about the power of water and how it softens rock into a water-worn stone. Designer Jason Phillips found inspiration in nature's ability to shape a hard surface into something beautiful when he envisioned the River Stone collection, which includes the River Stone charcoal stone side table. With no harsh lines or hard edges, there is no need to worry about bruised shins and bumped heads given the delicate outline of these stunningly simple pieces. Made of composite in a charcoal stone finish, this rock-shaped side table with its flat top, which is highly functional, is one of many products we offer in this collection, each of which reflects the ethos that the Phillips collection personifies: modern organic.
The River Stone end table is an accent table shaped like a rock that has an organic feel to it that brings a hint of softness to a space. The pebble-shaped side table will be a terrific addition to a loggia, a screened porch, or a lake house great room. It’s made of composite so it’s much easier to move around than real stone. If a darker finish fits your design scheme better, take a look at the tables we have in this family of products with a dark granite finish. Each of the River Stone pieces illustrates our deep appreciation for melding nature and design.

There is something strangely alluring about the natural-looking imperfections and quirks of the Formation side table. Formed from a resin composite and finished in roman stone, this table has the appearance of a rounded stone slab that shows signs of light weathering that effortlessly infuses a sense of ruggedness into any space. The formation side table is both durable and weather-resistant, which makes it a robust centerpiece that excels in both outdoor patios and indoor living areas.
The Skipping Stone Medium Gray Side Table is a traditional design that inspires nostalgia for the great era we now call Americana with a twist. It is made of wood in a gray stone finish. Round tables have rested next to sofas and chairs in American living rooms and dens since our country's great woodworkers began plying their trade. We simply chose a reclaimed piece of wood in an organic shape to increase the table's appeal. A design detail of note is the thinness of the forged metal legs, which contemporizes the design a bit.

This beautiful hand-polished petrified wood table is sourced from Madagascar, features a 1" thick piece of genuine petrified wood, and stands 17.5" tall. It has an amazing pattern with vibrant hues of brown, yellow, and orange present throughout. This unique piece comes with a sturdy metal frame to support this heavy specimen. Fossilized petrified wood, which is also known as agatized wood, forms when a tree has died and silicon dioxide forms in place of the wood - that degrades until there is no wood left, only quartz. All of the organic matter becomes replaced by minerals, while much of the original structure, such as tree rings, is retained. The rainbow of colors is produced by impurities in the quartz, such as iron, carbon, and manganese. Most petrified wood on earth can be from 50 to 500 million years old. This piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
