Casual contemporary designs are crafted from quartered hickory veneers and select hardwoods in a sundrenched sierra tan finish. Veneered 4-inch thick Anticato marble top with chiseled edges, and a wooden base. The veneered Anticato marble top has a protective sealer.
The description says genuine marble, but this does not look or feel like real marble. Also, the perimeter of it has very even looking divers that make it look definitely put together too perfectly by a machine. It's not the "found marble"/raw with imperfections look-- if that's what you're looking for. It's very heavy, but it's not a solid top I think it's a cool table and we will keep it only because it will be too much to return it. But, I do NOT think it's worth the price tag.
