“Filo d'olio” has been designed by Marta Sansoni. It is a little iconic mechanical gem for use with “green gold”, another name for olive oil. It is a cap with a pouring spout that fits into the neck of the bottle, allowing us to pour only as much as we need on our food while controlling the oxidation process that begins as soon as the bottle is opened. The small glass container that houses it has a second function: To assist professional tasters to sample the oil according to the time-honored tradition.

Olive oil taster in the glass with pourer in 18/10 stainless steel mirror polished and thermoplastic resin. A sophisticated object for oil tasting. This sophisticated little object consists of a green glass container with a pouring spout. The latter is made of 18/10 stainless steel with a polished finish and is completed with a special polypropylene seal. The container is for oil tasting and the pourer can be used on a bottle of oil. Once the bottle is empty, the cap can be put back on the container until it is to be used once again. The glass container, designed to aid in the oil-tasting process, is colored to prevent the oil's appearance from influencing how it is assessed. The color green was chosen to suggest the first press oil. Its shape tapers as it moves towards the mouth of the glass so that the aroma of the oil wafts towards the taster's nose. Poetic and refined, Fior D'Olio is reminiscent of the stem of a freshly picked olive; a hole found inside the leaf allows air to pass through and this allows the oil to pour out. The item is easy to clean.

Display our oil and vinegar in a classy manner with this Oil Vinegar Cruet. With clear glass and stainless steel construction, this cruet will last many years to come!
Designed by Ettore Sottsass, the condiment set - oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper - has become, thanks to its aesthetic and functional qualities, a true “industrial standard”. It lets you carry four condiments in a single motion; it is robust to the point of being virtually indestructible and is easy to clean. And last but not least, its form perfectly symbolizes the gesture of offering.
Mini-architecture for the table, the 5070 series design has been in service for thirty years and is a testament to the inspiration of Sottsass, who with a few simple lines can exalt the archetypical look and materiality of an object as common as a condiment set.

Beloved for its sophisticated simplicity, versatility, and durability, Lastra is our bestselling collection. The Lastra Olive Oil Can is functional art for your kitchen or table. Lastra's design was inspired by the circular wooden slabs used for centuries to create the outer mold in cheesemaking throughout Italy. When fashioned together with twine, the hoop was left with a slight overlap to help maintain the shape of the cheese mold. Maestro molder Stefano Roselli incorporates the overlapping detail into the entire design, from its foot to its rim. A dark dusting on the edges of each piece suggests the ash that was used to preserve these cheeses and highlights each unique silhouette.
Love this rustic, yet elegant olive oil dispenser! It’s not just functional, but it’s a lovely piece or decor on the counter! This piece is a timeless work of art for any chef’s kitchen!. Tammy. Bonita Springs, FL. 2024-06-23 13:38:11

Michael Aram
The Olive Branch collection is one of the best-known and most loved of Michael's motifs. The simple forms create objects that serve wonderfully as stunning individual gifts or an exuberant table setting that decorates an entire moment of your life. The theme itself captures all the most distinctive aspects of Michael's work - narrative strength, deep symbolism, and extraordinary sculptural expression. The olive branch has always held a powerful meaning for me representing both peace and victory. In designing functional objects with natural forms, there is a mingled sense of fragility and intensity. For me, it is like nature spreading through my interior spaces - like a magical olive grove sweetly willing its way into my home.
