The installer suggested for me to purchase pencils at the either end of a tile run to finish off the row. It was a good decision as I had a compliment from a neighbor whose tile was finished off with a metal strip. The pencils made the area look very professionally done which it was. The tile looks great, and it looks like what was promoted on the website. The problem is with the shipping department placing one (1) thin tile in an envelope with very little cushioning material. My Ring doorbell showed the delivery person throwing it on the cement porch. Two wrongs equals a broken tile.
