The Miami center table is the marriage of a Saarinen-inspired white Carrara marble top, with a tapered round edge along the circumference of the marble atop a stunning carved base. The marble is handpicked with a focus on finding the purest slabs of white with the finest vein details. The base is developed from an antique mirror with a quilted border. Mariette loved the dimensioning this technique brought to the mirror and applied it to the round, tapering base, giving the illusion of textural movement.
The Lark base is made of a luxury composite form that is cast from a hand-carved sculpture. The Lark series is unique in that it is made in 3 predetermined sizes with a set number of pedestals for each top size. lark ivory is the standard finish as shown. The lark base can accept paint finishes as well as finishes approved for luxury composite substrates. The top and base are part of the personal preference dining table program which allows you to select from a variety of tops and bases to create a custom table for your home.
