The Copenhagen Medium Down Comforter by Scandia is a welcome addition to any bed. Meticulous constructed, the baffle box stitching keeps the down in place so that it doesn’t bunch up in a corner. The warmth is evenly distributed and lays uniformly beneath the duvet cover. Plus the fill is goose down and not a feather/down combo which makes it lighter, softer and warmer. Being from the Midwest, I grew up using down comforters and this one is by far the best. The name of the comforter is associated with the interaction and relationship of male and female origins; the product is divided into two equal parts, which differ in the size of the cassette stitch and the weight of the filler used. The larger size of the cassettes implies the use of more filler. This is a great option for couples with different preferences in heat, as one side is much warmer than the other, lightweight. If you turn the duvet insert for 90°, it is possible to insulate the feet, leaving the upper part of the body cool.
