Four Hands
The vintage rugs that inspired this piece were originally handwoven in the ancient city of Khotan and designed with wave and fret patterns or flowering vines along the borders. This take is made from a soft wool/cotton blend in neutral earth tones with an intricate motif that's been modernized, yet still seems to speak a story all its own. Following a technique and tradition dating back thousands of years, each hand-knotted rug can take two to three master weavers five to six weeks to complete, depending on the size and intricacy of each rug. Every hand-knotted rug is designed to wear beautifully over time, making them heirlooms to be passed down for generations.

Woven from a wool-blend, this area rug layers softness + sheen onto the natural strength of wool. Its subtly striated gray hue brings compelling dimension to your floors while staying easy to style. A medium pile height delivers the right mix of cushioning and durability.

New Moon Rugs
Shades of the 1930s create a fantasy of Paris café life. The background features a pale blue colored blend of Tibetan wool, Chinese silk, and natural nettle fibers. The vibrant design elements utilize both pure Chinese silk and a few accents in the same blend of unique fibers as the background. Featuring tones of chocolate brown, walnut, ivory, dusty violet, charcoal gray, tan, and plum, this whimsical design has an elegant flair.
I waited a long time for this rug, but was not disappointed. I was sent a message telling me about the delay, but actually received it the original time I was told. I ordered a smaller rug to put by the front door. The colors and time taken to make this rug and the expertise used, makes it one of a kind.. Pearl. NORTH CHARLESTON, SC. 2023-09-21 19:55:32
