Crafted of quartersawn American white oak, the Surrey Hills Trestle Dining Table shows its arts and crafts pedigree but with contemporary proportions and scale. A stretcher joins the trestle legs with oversized through-tenons, and inlaid bow-tie joints are used decoratively down the tabletop's center line; the top's ends extend to hold two 16-inch leaves. This is a beautiful table and very well made. It is so nice that it's very narrow, yet it can fold out to a much larger table for additional guest seating.
