Elevated view looking down on sunbathers and parasols on the beach at La Scogliera beach in Positano, Italy, 1979. George 'Slim' Aarons, a WWII army photographer, returned from the war with a mission of this own: to photograph "attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places." From 1947 to 1993, on assignment for Holiday, LIFE, Vogue, and Town & Country, he traveled the world documenting the rich and famous at home and play. Slim's iconic photographs, the best of which are gathered here, provide a rare glimpse into a golden age of wealth, privilege, beauty, and leisure.

Erica Singleton is a travel photographer who thrives on the feeling of going to and being in a new place. Erica has taken photos for as long as she can remember. Riding along in the car with her mom as a child, she would look out the window and point out scenes, telling her, “That would be a good picture.” In 8th grade, Erica's parents bought her her first SLR camera, and she begged her school to let her take the high school photography class, as she couldn’t wait to get into a darkroom (luckily, they accepted her!). After spending any free time she had in their high school, she eventually went on to study photography at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, assisting photographers on the weekends and interning at Vogue magazine, Annie Leibovitz Studio, Jeff Harris Studio, Art + Commerce agency, and Steven Meisel Studio, while also earning her B.F.A. in Photography.

The crisp, sleekly minimal design of the San Giovanni™ Bath Collection is inspired by the industrial town of its namesake, host to numerous 19th-century textile mills and pipe factories. The Collection is reminiscent of mechanical fittings from the late 1800s. San Giovanni smartly reinterprets these classic nut and bolt shapes into modern forms for the faucet base and handles. A graceful and luminous curve of the neck balances the industrial sensibility. San Giovanni is a creatively inventive Collection with modern and transitional appeal.
