Jonathan Adler
Our ultra-modern expressions of a classic Renaissance-era portrait. Reimagined for today's walls, our boldly colored beads and graphic bars bring a whole new dimension of fabulosity to a familiar face. We collaborated with an artisanal workshop in India where a master beader imbued our clean graphic designs with craftsmanship and soul. Each artwork is hand-beaded on linen ground and takes nearly 100 hours to create. Beads of varying heights and patterns within patterns create a sense of depth and dimension. The result is part pop art, part textile triumph.

Charles Stuart is a painter, photographer, designer, printmaker, and digital artist. He has been making art and design since 1968. Charles's work is imagined rather than observed. It is expressive and colorful. He creates new images that speak with the past but are not recreations. At the age of fifteen, he had no other way in mind. He looked at Modern Paintings and decided "this is for me!" it is a painting rather than "Art" that interests him. It's all about pictures, color, texture, mark-making.. gesture, surface.
