Emma Brooks was born in Brooklyn, New York to a liberal family that encouraged her artistic abilities from a young age. Growing up in the busy city life, Emma became inspired by the various cultures and lifestyles she encountered in the city. With a broad interest in design and modern art, Emma was accepted to the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island. In her studies in Providence, she was able to admire a slower lifestyle than the hustle and bustle of life in New York. Brooks drew inspiration from her professors and the long-time interest she retained for aesthetics and unique beauty. Emma currently resides in downtown Los Angeles with her dog, Jackson. She enjoys the creative expression that Los Angeles has to offer, and is always seeking new artistic awakenings to portray in her artwork.

Beaded Brilliance. Dazzlingly detailed, our hand-beaded Smolder Beaded Wall Art features our signature swirling smokestack lips pattern. We collaborated with an artisanal workshop in India where a master beader imbued our clean graphic designs with craftsmanship and soul. Each artwork is hand-beaded on linen ground and takes nearly 100 hours to create. Beads of varying heights and patterns within patterns create a sense of depth and dimension. The result is part pop art, part textile triumph.

Tempting touch. The perfect mix of the decadence of and the madness of Dali. Crafty, couture, and exotic, this is the wall art that reminds your guests they're in the presence of an eccentric glamourpuss. Kelly O’Neal, an accomplished Dallas, TX-based interior Designer with a coterie of impressive Dallasites for clients, is turning his aesthetic verve to the canvas. Blending modern sensibility with old-world technique, O’Neal freely moves through centuries to craft a finished piece. His sense of color is unparalleled and his flair for composition is apparent. For O’Neal, contemporary art is an expression of the moment, captured as the brush hits the canvas, expressed in an array of materials. For the last 20+ years, O’Neal has been the creative force behind Design Legacy, a celebrated home furnishing collection. He earned a B.F.A. in the creative arts from the University of North Texas. Raised in rural Texas, O’Neal accumulated his extensive knowledge of the arts from a life lived, through study and application, in pursuit of them.

Vicarious hedonism. JA himself is a teetotaler who gets his vicarious thrills through art, and our hand-beaded artwork is especially delirium-inducing. Inspired by counterculture designs from the 60s - trippy, colorful doses laced with sparkly hues. We collaborated with an artisanal workshop in India where a master beader imbued our clean graphic designs with craftsmanship and soul. Each artwork is hand-applied beaded on a linen ground and takes nearly 100 hours to create. Beads of varying heights and patterns within patterns create a sense of depth and dimension. The result is part pop art, part textile triumph.

As the daughter of an artist, Julie was always exposed to and dabbling in different mediums. While she took countless art classes, she never landed on a particular medium that was called to her. Her need to be creative instead led her down a path that included an MFA in advertising design and a decade-long career as an art director. After stumbling upon alcohol inks at an art show and experimenting at home, Julie had finally found HER medium - the process itself spoke to her as none other had before. It is the actual process of working with alcohol inks that she enjoys. She pours combinations of ink and rubbing alcohol and directs the ink with a heat embossing tool that blows hot air, so there are no brushes or contact with the surface. It's like a little science experiment every time and is extremely rewarding. Julie's work tends to be vibrant, playful, and full of layered movement.

Lip service. Sexy, seductive, saucy. Every wall loves a kiss of glamour.

Codes of the Mystics II is an expressive and emotive work in keeping with the Lyrical Abstraction Movement of the mid-20th century. The Movement is characterized by free-flowing lines, shapes, and colors that imbue this work with a sense of fluidity and movement. The work functions as both an abstract form and is suggestive of written expression. An understated color scheme in hues of dove gray, sand, mustard, and cerulean complements the work's poetic nature.
