Originated from evocative lithograph stamps found in the archives of SANBI, Evolution celebrates the historic print process invented by Bavarian author Aloys Senefelder in 1796. The visuals were used in the early 1930's by the iconic farming magazine, Landbou Weekblad from South Africa. Through to today this magazine provides farmers in our South Africa valuable information regarding agricultural practices.

One of our best-selling and favorite block prints, the Nazar is an eye-shaped symbol used to summon good fortune. Hand block printed. Hand-stitched edging. Cotton linen blend.
