A smiley beak for 70 years. With its brightly colored beak and friendly expression, the puffin is a bird you love at first sight. It's almost too cute to be true, and it's easy to understand why Kay Bojesen was inspired by the charming bird from the cold north when he created his famous and beloved Puffin back in 1954. Of course, the 70th anniversary should be properly celebrated with an anniversary edition produced only in 2024 in connection with the anniversary celebration and a new mini size that is even more charming, if possible. The large anniversary edition of the Puffin measures no less than 11.8" in height and comes in a limited edition of 250 pieces, all numbered and stamped with a 70th anniversary stamp. It is made of FSC-certified beech wood and painted with great precision and care, so that the body, beak and eyes get the authentic, fine and friendly look the Puffin is known for.
