Our grand-scale bust is sculpted in painstaking detail from the museum original, which was discovered on April 20, 1863 in the villa of Liva at Prima Porta, near Rome. As the commander-in-chief of the Roman army, Caesar Augustus is shown proclaiming triumph to his troops. From his distinctively handsome features to the detailed, bas-relief breastplate armor, this gallery statue has fascinated generations. An investment in classic European sculpture, this impressive life-sized sculptural.
Eichholtz USA
The Met x Eichholtz presents the Bust of Julius Caesar, drawing inspiration from a magnificent 16th-century marble bust in The Met collection by Andrea di Pietro di Marco Ferrucci (Italian, 1465–1526). Featuring an antiqued marble look, our interpretation of the original bust celebrates the detailed artisanship and historical allure of this Florentine sculpture, referencing ancient Rome. Elevate your decor with this timeless piece, blending classic elegance with contemporary sophistication. Historic provenance: Our Bust of Julius Caesar is inspired by a sculpture (ca. 1512–14) of the Roman leader by Andrea di Pietro di Marco Ferruci (Italian, 1465–1526). The original, now in The Met collection, boasts the ornate al'antica style fashionable in Florentine sculpture during the 15th and early 16th centuries. The naturalistic face and intricate detailing showcase Ferruci's remarkable skill. Our interpretation of the Museum's bust honors the legacy of classical antiquity and Renaissance sculpture.

Villa & House (originally Bungalow 5)
The Olive Sculpture is a poetic depiction of crossed olive branches, which traditionally represent peace and victory. Our version is sculpted in the Art Deco style you might find at Rockefeller Center or the United Nations in Geneva. This wonderful symbol with beautifully rendered leaves and olive fruit reveals a sensitive, artful hand. Great for your peacemaker’s home or office.
This sculpture is stunning. It is the perfect decor for our fireplace. I’m picky and it was taking me forever to find something I loved for my fireplace. Glad I found this. . Cheryl. Georgia. 2020-08-16 20:07:30

Though the Composite Young Royal Greek Torso Bust looks as if it has survived since ancient times, it is actually made of composite and inspired by a museum piece that was a valuable antique. The skill of the artisans who created it is evident, not only in how the broken areas are so convincing but in the aged-beige finish that fools the eye into thinking it is carved from stone. The beige bust is fastened to a black metal base, which is also museum-style.
Love my first one so much needed to get a pair to complete the look!. Anthony. Baltimore, MD. 2022-02-01 18:32:40

Our interpretation of the Greek myth is Icarus who flew too close to the sun and melted his wings. This sculptural interpretation of Icarus is leaf-finished aluminum that sits atop a solid black granite base. Felt tabs on the underside of the base will keep scratches off any surface this marvelous piece rests on.
The fierce brass Mohawk on this iron stallion makes this an exciting and original accent. It is made from cast iron with a black granite base. The mane and tail are made of brass-plated iron rods.

Man becomes the machine in figure collection. Inspired by Schlemmer's "Triadisches Ballett", figurines take Schlemmer's avant-garde aesthetic and the idea of man as machine and shows the heart behind human impulses. This highly stylized collection illustrates the ethos and displays the human body as abstract art. The play on Schlemmer's fantastic costuming is seen here in each piece. Constructed from a mix of cast iron, iron wire, and sheet brass, with painted gold details.

Michael Aram
Michael Aram has been fascinated with classical myths and heroes since he was a child and has used them as a resource for his work for many years. Prometheus is characterized as a protector and benefactor. He is the God of forethought and is considered the champion of all mankind, bringing fire down from Mt. Olympus and teaching humans how to keep it alive. He is symbolic of striving towards knowledge and helping others. "Now that I am a father, I love reliving my love of mythology with my children as we go through museums or watch Disney movies together." Michael Aram's limited edition sculptures are handmade artistic explorations inspired by objects and ideas that capture Michael's imagination. The sculptures are limited to 136 editions each and are individually crafted so that no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
